There are a number of assets I use for every project (titles, credits etc). Is it possible to open Premiere with these already in the project folder?

Some do this by creating template projects. Then open the appropriate template, do a Save-as to the new name/location, start importing assets.

No, you have to import stuff. The fastest way for me is to have folders on my hard drive that are named 'Titles' 'Credits' 'Graphics' 'Music' etc. Then I make bins with the same names in project. Then I just select all the assets and import them to the bin they will live in for the project. Goes pretty fast.

TBH I've not used bins but combining your answer with R Neil's is about as good as I can get. Cheers, Rodney.

I'm gonna mark this as the 'correct' answer since this makes the most sense. Thanks you.
