It seems like we didn't support create multicam clip with ExtendScript, I'm using CEP ZXP. I also look through UXP but I coudln't find how to create multicam clip.
Correct, on both counts.
ExtendScript never provided such a method, and the initial release of UXP extensibility is focused on parity with what was previously available via ExtendScript. We plan to expose such an API, via UXP; no dates available.

Really thanks for the quick response. I'm developing with ZXP and it has all the things that I need for development except it couldn't create multicam sequences.
How do I know when UXP supports creating multicam sequences? I mean, do you guys have an announcement channel with release notes? I will migrate from ZXP to UXP even though it is really huge because I developed a lot of things with ZXP.

You'll hear about it on the PPro UXP Developer Forum.

There is no way to create multicam sequences with the Pr scripting API (and hence also with Automation Blocks), but you can setup some multicam sequences in a template project and then import them into your active project whenever you need them.
See https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/can-create-multicam-sequence-with-automation...
(Automation Blocks is based on CEP)

I have dynamic camera angles. If I import a template multicam project, can I replace the camera angle in the sample mc and also adjust the sync camera angle settings in the mc?

II don't think you can sync automatically via scripting, but I didn't try.
