If you right click in your Project Panel and choose New Item>Color Matte, you can create a white clip that you can place below your other layers.
(Alternative ways to create the matte: Click the New Item button in the bottom right of your Project Panel, or go to File>New>...)

In reading your post again and looking at your video clip I'm now assuming you may want to remove the white, not change the background to white. A white background is definitely not ideal for keying, especially with so much shadow on the wall behind, so there may be a good deal of manual work involved in this, but for an approach to this you may want to look into how to make a luma matte or luma key. Because you may need to do this in combination with some rotoscoping, After Effects would probably be a better choice for that kind of work.
(Keywords for looking up tutorials are in bold. Again, you're going to have more results with After Effects.)

Yes, as Richard said, you are down to rotoscoping when it comes to the floor. Manual, time-consuming. If you want to composite a different background, you're going to have to re-evaluate the way you shoot this. You probably need a green or white cyclorama. If this is a paid job you are on, you are going to need to talk about this being out of scope if it wasn't talked about before-hand.

Getting any sort of key from the floor is almost impossible as the wood is the same colour and brightness as the skin. The best method would be to rotoscope the footage in After Effects if you have it but it will be quite time consuming for the whole clip.
