Hi! I'm making a VR project with a lot of different videos and cuts. I already now how to change the start orientation using Sphere rotation, but I want , after a cut when I go to a different scene, that the player faces a specific direction, independently of where they were watching in the previous scene. Is there anyway to do that?

Since your viewer can effectively look in any direction, there is no way to force them to look in any direction mid-way through your video. If this was an interactive environment, like a VR game engine then you could force a viewer orientation; but since your edit is a single video stream in Premiere this isn't possible without some sort of bespoke/specialised VR player.

Your best bet is to subtly encourage the viewer to look in a particular direction with maybe some sort of transition that fades out parts of the picture that you don't want them to look at so it encourages them to look a certain direction.
