Chroma Key Export Takes Hours

Any advice : whenver i'm exporting a fairly short video 10mins using chroma key (green screen).  Its taking 2 hours to export which is unusual.   I've seen some people report this once or twice.

Any advice on how to reach tech support or where I can go to get help.

The video is in 1080p, not 4k.  If I remove the content thats chroma keyed, the exporting time goes down drastically to like 10mins. Format is  H.264, Preset I'm using is Match Source - Adaptive Medium.  (render at maximum depth & use maxium render quality is unchecked)

Any advice would be helpful.

1Terabyte of storage , only 932 GB used.   Intel R HD Graphics 630 (128MB Graphics Card), 12.0 GB Installed Ram, Processor is Intel (R) Core TM I5-7400 CPU  3.00GHz. Windows 11 Pro

Photoshop can of course resize easily. And there wouldn't be any visual data loss due to resizing down. So that would work well.

yes, any advice on how to resize without losing quality or cutting the picture off. ? Are there any products within adobe that can handle that request of resizing ?

Hi @latinaw83533359 -   Thanks for the info. an image with a resolution of 4248x5712 in a 1080p sequence can definitely slow down exports Premiere has to scale and process that large image for every frame it appears.

To improve performance, we recommend resizing the image to better match your sequence resolution before importing it into Premiere. For a 1080p timeline, scaling the image down to something closer to 1920x1080 can help speed up both playback and export times.

Let us know if you need help resizing or if the issue continues after trying that.

I think I (may) have figured out the problem. I had a picture file on the timeline 10.8 MB.  When I removed it, it decreased export time.  I have attached the details of the picture.   Any advice on how to avoid this in the future? Do i have to check every single picture I'm using in all of my videos to make sure its compatible ?
