Circles Squished After Render

Hey guys!

I would like some help here on my Premiere Pro. So on pre-renders I have generated circles and used circular items for my video which was left perfectly round. The moment I rendered the video, I noticed the circular items I placed where squished somehow. It only happens after render and the perfect roundness only retains before rendering.

Here are some evidences:

When the effects are gone, that's where the roundness of the ellipse returns.

I hope someon knows how to solve this. Thank you!

Please post a screen grab of the Export Setting panel, most likely a pixel aspect ratio mismatch

Just read your post again and renders seem to be the issue, please show the Render Preview settings
