Color issues in render export

I'm having an issue when I render footage. I have tried many different render options, but the renders end up the same. I have also tried changing the video rendering and playback to no avail. My processor is an AMD Ryzen  9 5950x, and my graphics card is an Nvidia 3090ti. I have included a shot of the render and a shot of the Premiere edit screen. I have both 4k and 1080 clips in the project. The 4k clip thumbnails in the project panel also have this color issue but are okay when I select or preview them. The 1080 clips don't have this issue in the project panel or final render.

I believe the footage was originally shot on a Blackmagic pocket cinema camera 6k. It was converted to mp4 before I received it.
