Color Shift while in Premiere Export Settings

Hi, I keep incurring a shift in color even before exporting. The shift is happening in the "Export Settings" window. When it is exported, it matches the incorrect color on the export settings window. Why is this happening?

Thank you Kevin! This information was helpful. I may have misunderstood, but is the article implying that the LUT is the only "fix" for matching the color in the premiere timeline display?

What is the media, and what effects (including color) have you applied to it?

Hi Neil, the footage is ProRes 4444 footage. The clip has no effect on it because it was colored and rendered in resolve. I think the issue might be the link that Kevin has referenced below.
