I have a current prject, but when I import another clip, it brings it in as a seperate sequence. How do I combine the two on the timeline? Thank you in advance!
I fixed the issue. Just in case someone else encounters this. 1) Select Import, 2) Go to Import Settings, 3) There is a tab that reads "Create new sequence", slide that bar to the left to disable. Done!!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Isn't this a question about video editing, hence for Premiere or similar?

How are you importing the clip? It should just go into the project panel ready for you to place it where you want.

This happened to me. I had already done a ton of work on a project in the main sequence that will always appear at start of project.
I made the mistake of working on all of those newly imported photos and videos assuming I could easily combine both sequences later. However, when I copy and paste all of the items in the sequence, or even drag and drop one sequence (green items) into another.... everything copies, though something like the aspect ratio is entirely different.
So everything copied over fine, but any images that I changed scale or position are completely changed.
Hoping this is an easy fix!!!!
