Hey, I have a question about Adobe Premiere Pro. I hear it has the ability to convert monophonic recordings to stereophonic. Is this true? If so, can I have instructions on how to do this? I know it's only for PC, which I have.

Not ACTUAL stereo, but you can use 'fill right' or 'fill left' to copy a single sound track to the 'other side' of two sound tracks

You cannot use fill left/right on a mono file with just one channel.
It will never be real stereo but rather two mono channels.
But there is no need to do that if your sequence is stereo and export as such.
Go to the project panel and select modify clip > Audio channels
Set mono to stereo and check left and right channels.
Now drag this to the timeline.
