What can i do in this situation? When i try to open premiere pro i get instantly crash with this reason..

The correct fix is to repair the installation.

 

  1. Go to "Add or remove programs"
  2.  Go to Adobe Creative Cloud
  3. Click "Uninstall"
  4.  When it asks you if you want to remove it or repair, click on "Repair"

    This worked for me

Can you please share your system info? Like OS and version, CPU, RAM, GPU vRAM, Pr version? Thanks. Also a screen grab of your issue will be helpful.

Operating System Windows: Windows 10 Pro

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz

Installed Ram: 16,0 GB

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 8GB 256 BT

Premiere Version: Latest ( I just reinstall the premiere pro and still same error,i get crash when i try to open the premiere. )
