Creating a cutom transition and saving it to use in Premiere

I've been looking on the internet for a way to create my own transition in premiere or after effects and saving it like a usable transition in Premiere..

Is there a way to do so ??

Not possible.

You will have to file a Feature Request/Bug Report Form

You can make transitions by using effects and saving that as a preset.

What kind of transition are you thinking about?

I've seen a bunch of different tutorials and examples of transitions made with Alpha Mattes. Depending on what your wanting you might give that a search and see what you can find.
