Crop doesn't show in effect controls panel

When I drag the Crop effect onto a clip from the Effects panel, it doesn't show it on the Effects Control panel

This only happens with the Crop effect

It looks like you are dragging the AutoReframe effect on the first try, then on the 2nd you do get the verticle flip.

Please make sure that your timeline indicator is over the correct clip on the timeline.
