Crop effect does not show in program window

During adjustment of any edge in crop effect option window, the crop is visible in program window, but at release of mouse button the crop is removed from program window. (comming back to original position). The ajusted value remains in effect window !!!

Post a screenshot of what your are doing especially the effect controls.

Here with 2 screen shots, the first during the crop action on bottom slider, I can see the crop on program monitor.

The second screen shot is after mouse up, the bottom crop values are OK, but on program monitor the crop is not visible any more !!!

Does it show when proxy is turned off?

Click the blue FX button on the PROGRAM MONITOR toolbar.  You have effects previews turned off...
