Cross dissolves not good

I am not getting a very good " clean " dissolve  when applying the video cross dissolve ( 20 - 30 frames ) there is a little bit of " delay" before the actual effect takes place.

Try turning off compile in composite colour and/or use the film dissolve. If that fails try using software render.
