Hello !
I've been using a Sony FX3 for some time, with an Atomos Ninja V, with which I record in SLOG3.SGamutCine in 10-bit ProRes 4:2:2.
When I do my color grading in Premiere, and view in high playback, no problem. But as soon as I want to render the video, the image displayed in the rendering preview is much greener.
And I find this image again as soon as I uncheck "high playback quality" in the live preview.
I've attached some screeshots to illustrate my problem.
The fact is that when I render my video, the image is different from what I do in color grading.
And this only happens when I record with the Atomos in ProRes, no problem when recording directly with the camera.
In terms of PC, I have a 2021 MacBook Pro M1 Pro.
Thanks in advance for your answers!

Rather than "attaching" images to the box below, in the future ... please drop the images directly into this text reply area. Then they appear in the reply, and it's far easier to see them.
I had trouble seeing the small image well on my system.
But there are things that might be in play here. Such as the Fx3's S-log3-cine, which is in most forms a long-GOP file and has had issues in several apps getting proper CM for some users.
Then, recording via the Ninja units, which also can be problematic. As you note, if you don't, it's ok.
Which would indicate that in your case, it's the way the Ninja unit creates the file data that is the deciding factor.
Another thing is Premiere can have color bit depth issues, especially with certain formats. So I'd suggest setting both your Seqeunce preview settings and export settings to Max bit depth and also check the 16bpc per channel for both places.
See if that might help.
