Different language in submenu - Premiere Pro

Hello,

I wanted to give one of my video's another color (label). Everything is in English language, but if i go to the submenu 'label', it is in another language.Watch the picture for more details.

Didn't checked that version anymore. The bug was gone in newer versions.
