Displaying Media File Name In Bin Doesn't Work

I'm collaborating with a team, we had renamed the clips in the project bin.  Low res exports were sent to other team members which are the using original file names.  We received notes based off of original file names. 

Normally, I would tick "Media File Name" in metadata to display in the bin.  It's only displaying a handful of original filenames.  The entire project was shot on the same camera, same format.  I'm not using proxies.  

I'm using Mac OS 10.15.6, Premiere Pro 14.0 and the format is .BRAW.  Since some of the original filenames do show, I don't think it's a .braw related issue?  Thanks in advance.
