Nowhere in this explanation is an entry limit or display limit noted for markers.

So users are left wondering: is it a bug that the comments aren't being fully displayed? Should I report a bug? Is there a display limit that is undocumented? Should I report the documentation? Will "discussion" help either issue? Should it be a "new idea" that comments get fully displayed?

Documentation is dated but it's a guessing game which versions of Premiere Pro it applies to. Is May 2022 "current"? Does it apply to the most recent release? What about older releases?

Thanks for your documentation bug report. I will see if I can get a response from the product team about the issued.

In the meantime, I have asked Adobe Experts to look at the issue to gather feedback for the team.

I will update the bug status until we can get more info from the team.
