Does anyone have Adobe Premiere Pro working properly?

The problem is very simple, Adobe is broken, the latest versions of the programs do not work, Photoshop does not allow you to import RAW, CR2, DNG files, a program error appears and that's it. Premier does not let me view any video, I only import a clip and it closes, I tried to install the Beta version and the same thing happens, I installed InDesign and the same thing happens, I don't know what's wrong with Adobe but you're doing it wrong and we're paying money for this. The only application that works for me in an older version is Photoshop, any answer for this? It happened to me with Windows 11 and that's why I installed Windows 10 and the same thing happens, the NVIDIA controller drivers are not because the media encoder works normally with the GPU and without problems.

First thing I'd try is to take out one of the 960's and SLI. or even detatch the SLI and give it a try first.

I've not seen problems like this around here, and everything I'm using is working fine. PR, AE, PS, ME, AI, AU, BR

The problem with Premier was that in the last updates they removed compatibility with the 960, that's why SLI doesn't work anymore, I'll use DaVinci to finish the pending work.

Sorry to hear you have been having issues with the current version of Adobe Premiere 25. In order to use Premiere there are minimum system requirements which you can find on Adobes sight here https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/system-requirements.html . I do see that you also have gotten good advice and you removed one of the GTX 960s. Sometimes having dual cards is not the best setup when it comes to editing software. Hopefully working from the one card will solve the issues and you can use Premiere again. That being said you can also check the manufactures website and what your card is capable of. The GTX 960 can handle up to 4gb ram and is good for HD video editing, but it may not the best card to use for editing with 4k video which may require a minimum of 6 GB Ram. I think removing one card will help with the getting the program working again. keep in mind in order to run Premiere smoothly with anything above HD and possibly even long form editing you just might look into other available graphics cards. In the end I would check the link in this message and try to meet the systems minimum requirements as best as you possibly can. Let us know how you are getting along with the new configuration and how well Premiere is treating you , we hope to help however we can.

Hello, I have to point out that 3 weeks ago everything was working perfectly, in fact I have been editing 4k videos with SLI for a year, this is why I used this option, double processing power and it worked perfectly, apparently in some update they removed this option and I don't understand why, davinci recognizes SLI and does the same, doubles the power, SLI for games doesn't work but for editing it does, I think it has to do with the future of graphics sales, it is better to buy 2 at a lower price than one that is too expensive

Those 900 series GPUs are absolutely ancient. I had to stop using them back about four years ago!

The 960s were released in 2015, with drivers for Vista and Win7 ... that's how ancient.

And Premiere has never worked well with SLI connected cards, period. It would tend to ignore one.

As to Resolve, which I teach using, that small vRAM is just not sufficient for R19 to do more than cough.

We are already solving things step by step, Premiere is now working for me, the problem is that it no longer accepts SLI, I will now create a post in Photoshop so you can help me with the problem I have with this program.

I've got the full CC Suite on several computers, desktops and laptops. Not having any issues anywhere at this time.

So to figure out what the issue is in your situation, we'd need basic troubleshooting data.

Full specs on the entire computer and media storage, and the codecs involved. CPU/RAM/GPU/vRAM, the driver for the GPU; media type and storage, SSD, spinning disc, what?

At the most basic we'd need all that to even begin guessing.
