How can I duplicate the sequence with all the instances inside?

Yes, like in AE there is a plugin which creates copies of all folders when duplicating a sequence.

    Hi сергейз,

Sorry, there is no way to do this other than manually duplicating all the items. Feel free to request that feature here: Premiere Pro: Hot (1434 ideas) – Adobe video & audio apps

    Thanks!

    What are "the instances"?

To duplicate a sequence, select it in the project panel and go to the menu Edit > Duplicate.

I can't replicate your issue. Here is what I do:

Instead of Color matte and Bars and Tone create sequences with something inside of them. Then, when you duplicate the main sequence you will see the same sequences inside, not their copies.
