Dynamic Links with After Effects comps cause slow exports: Help

I am having the SAME issue. Is this resolved? What is the answer. I have rendered so many of these clips, same effects and it only takes 2 to 3 minutes. NOW with 2019  it renders over an hour. Horrible.

I have one adjustment layer and one After Effects linked effect. Its an issue with 2019. What is the solution?

I haven't seen response from Adobe in any forums about this issue. They never respond to performance bugs, they just don't care.
