Edit Essential Graphics Sports Intro Template Text Location

Dear Community,

Is there any way to edit the location of the text in the Sports Intro Template that is part of the free graphics templates in Premiere Pro CC? I have attached a screenshot to show the problem. I understand it wasn't designed to handle Japanese, but even lower case English "Jump Rope" is not very well centered in the space. I would like to move it higher if possible.
