Effect to Move & Scale Down

This is a video & check mark in red color is a standalone PNG layer drag & drop on the video. Is there any effect to move & scale down the check mark when video plays?

The standard motion controls should be able to do this.

I want this check sign must gradully move & scale down when video plays. Other than doing interpolation, is there any effect to do this?

Twirl down Position and Scale after keyframing, edit the keyframes curves accordingly in the Effect Controls Panel.
