Here's some info that may be helpful:

Adobe writing on GPU (video card) issues.

Here are some suggestions from Adobe for GPU issues.

First check the system requirements: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html

next:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-cc-gpu-card-faq.html

Also:

Does turning on »Deactivate Native Canvas« (Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

And sometimes this helps:

Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Multithreaded Compositing - and restart Photoshop.

Also try this:

Check your hardware acceleration settings and in particular turn off the Native Canvas.

Do that in Preferences>Technology Previews:

check the tickbox for 'Deactivate Native Canvas' and uncheck 'Enable Native Canvas ', then restart Photoshop

Next step would be to go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and enable "Older GPU mode (pre 2016)", then restart Photoshop

Next step would be to disable the GPU in Photoshop preferences, then restart Photoshop

consider updating your graphics driver

I hope this helps

@PRAKHAR23061581067l , this issue appears to be Photoshop falling out of GPU mode, revealing CPU-only issues. We made several changes in this area to improve GPU stability over the last releases and ask that you let us know if you continue to run into any issues.

Note that older GPU cards without DirectX 12 support (prior to mid 2015) will, often by design, fall back to CPU-only mode, and GPU-related features (listed here) may not be reliably available on those systems. While we continue to work to keep Photoshop running reliably on older systems, modern GPU hardware remains a vital component for your system configuration.

How I select it to use GeForce?

Are you able to see it if you follow these steps?

Thank you for the update @mirelio95123265. It seems Ps is still seeing the Intel GPU, so.... let's try STEP 6 on this page to disable it so the GeForce will be the one Ps sees.

Lumetri and the encoder itself use hardware acceleration, so there's basically your answer - you need to fix your graphics driver. anything beyond that generic observation will require exact system info and the details from the respective hardware info in AME and PS.

What do you have for a graphics card and VRAM?
