I am only using Adobe Enhanced Speech to clean up some old VHS tape files that I digitized where the audio is poor. It works great. I am able to download the video with enhanced audio to the hard drive on my computer without any issue. However, I am transfering some of the files to a USB Thumb drive and keep getting this error:
I don't know why it should matter if it is an MP4 file. Any suggestions?

If the video is over 4 GB, the flash drive needs to be formatted to NTSF or exFAT, not FAT or FAT2.
