Erreur MME

Avec Première pro dés son lancement sous Windows 7, pack 1, en 64 bits indique ;

erreur interne du périphérique MME.

Les vidéos sont bien lues par les barres graphes mais le son n'est pas audible

Le mélangeur de volume est opérationnel et l'audio est audible avec d'autres applications, il indique dans les applications: sons système et Mozilla

Que faire ? merci de toutes idées pour écouter l’audio lue avec première pro

Au lancement adobe première apparait erreur interne de périphérique MME et matériel audio indique haut parleur ne fonctionne pas

audio inaudible avec première pro cc, alors que la barre visuelle audio est active et le mélangeur de volume Microsoft indique l'application adobe, les autres applications audio sont audibles

Avec Windows 7, sur le mélangeur Microsoft  l'application Adobe est indiquée et les autres applications audio sont audibles

Comment ce fait-il que Adobe depuis le temps, ne soit pas capable de proposer une réponse logiciel plus autonome. Surtout pour ce qui est lié à l'audio.. Si je fais une prise audio avec un micro je n'aurais donc plus de son ?

Sorry for the trouble. We need more info to analyse the issue. What are the system specs(OS, RAM, GPU, CPU)?

What is the version of the application? Are there any external audio input/output devices connected to the machine?

Hi cr16700118,

As suggested by ManHelpsAdobe ​ change the Default Input to "No Input" and see if audio works.

If the issue persists, disconnect the webcam from the machine and check the issue.

Merci pour vos réponses qui m'ont débloqué. Je vois que ce problème existe depuis 2017 ? 8 ans sans que aucune mise à jour ne le corrige ? et en plus audition, de la même maison n'a pas ce problème, pour 77€ par mois ils vont s'étonner qu'on part tous chez Blackmagic...
