Error Code 5

My current project is taking way too long to export. At first, I received a message that the music was low-res and not licensed. So, I replaced with royalty free music, but i keep getting an error when exporting. Error Code 5. Can someone help me figure out what is going on because even when I remove all music, it is still giving me an error message.

I'm Kevin from support, one of the moderators here. Thank you for filing this bug report. The information and screenshot you provided are appreciated. You are receiving an "audio buffer" error with the clip named "RWT.mp4." The audio in the clip appears corrupt or contains a codec Premiere Pro doesn't understand. I advise transcoding the audio for the media file in another app. You can try Media Encoder or freeware Shutter Encoder for media like this. If you need help with troubleshooting steps, let the community know. Feel free to upload the clip to DropBox or Creative Cloud so the developers can inspect the clip and escalate your case. Thanks so much for your cooperation on this frustrating issue. I hope a developer will respond shortly.
