Afternoon - I hope you're well!

Please see below error message - does anyone know what I can do to export successfully?

Thanks,

Charlotte

Try turning off Hardware encoding in the export settings.

Also try exporting directly from Premiere Pro instead of using the Adobe Media Encoder queue.

Try deleting Adobe Premiere Pro programe and downloading and re-installing it. That was the only thing that worked for me.

Hello Charlotte,

Please check this link

https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/kb/error-error-compiling-movie-render.html

and you should check what effects you're using on the timecode showing in the error .. these effects you're using might be the issue

Thank you Joelle. I tried the solutions in the link but it still doens't work. I updated PP just before this error started to occur. Do you think this has anything to do with it?

Can you please try to open a new project and import the sequence from the old project and try to export ? or check if you still have the old premiere version and open it manually in the old version and export the sequence
