Error in rendering - Premiere Pro 2019 Error - EXCEPTION_ACESS_VIOLATION

Hello everyone! How are you? I hope so! So, I have a problem in my premiere that it doesn't render anything! It always comes in this Crash Report, it reports on an EXCEPTION_ACESS_VIOLATION, how can I proceed?

Ryzen 5 3400G 3.70GHz

RADEON Vega 8 Graphics

16GB RAM DDR4 2666MHz (2GB alocated to my Radeon Graphics)

240GB SSD

Which version of PPro are you using? Judging from the logo, these does not appear to be the latest...

 

Adobe supports according N-1. With CC2021 that means CC2020.

 

However, we're here to help if we can.

 

Have you tried uninstalling and then re-installing PPro?

Hi Richard, are you ok? i hope so! But no, i do not try to uninstall! The only thing i do to try was delete a little of things, like old ones projects

LATEST

You should get a larger hard drive or add another fast SSD , as that isn't enough free space for temp and other files necessary for editing and export.
