Not sure how to get around this issue. I have Premiere Pro CS4 - ya, its an oldie. But I use it so infrequently that it isn't worth upgrading to a monthly charge. I have shut down the program and my computer multiple times. I have clicked on the try again button. I cannot find a phone number to contact Adobe directly. I am using the software to create a video for a celebration of life which is now less than two weeks away and I am starting to panic.
