You'll find that although the majority of the clips in that folder imported, the particular one that is listed in the error message did not.
Generic error means that Pr didn't like the file but it doesn't know why. Make sure the file is not corrupt and that it can play in media players outside of Pr.
You can get some good info for troubleshooting by analyzing the file with MediaInfo set to Tree View.

I wish to know whether there is any way to find the reason for corrupt video. One way I found is getting data from MediaInfo of a good video and comparing it with bad video data. But as there is many data this method is not efficient.

Your file is currupted, Please try to import another file. Another method is quit the software and end from task manager then restart software and open the same file in new project.

File is not currupted because it is opening in Windows explorer but not in the Premiere Pro.
