Error visualizing in images .jpg

What is this? I don't know even how to explain it.
The file is in perfect condition, tehe problem is inside Premier Pro

Don't know what's happening, but open your existing jpegs in Photoshop or another image editing app and save them out to another format i.e. .png, .tif or even Photoshop format. Import these back into Premiere pro and see how you go.
