I downloaded the "Memories Photo Album Slideshow" from Adobe Stock. I have added placeholder images (.png) in all the 18 placeholders, but only the "Cover placeholder" display in the rendered preview and in the exported video. All the other placeholders inside the album remains black (see screenshots below). I have tried to download the .mogrt file again and started a new project, but the problem remains. I use Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 Version 23.4.0 (Build 56) on Windows 10. It might be the same error that was reported here, but in that case the problem was not described in detail, so the case was not followed up.

Hello @audunbk, I'm not able to reproduce the issue. Possibly check to see if the files are in the correct location still?(I've read that when Premier exhausts physical RAM and the virtual page file Premier will render the stills as black). If that doesn't resolve it I would try a different file type and also smaller images to see if either scenario resolves the problem.

Thanks for the suggestions, @Contributor1. The files are still in the correct location, which is the same location as the cover image that displays correctly on the album. I tried to replace the Cover Placeholder image and some of the other Placeholder images with smaller .jpg files with the exact size of the Sequence Dimension, but the problem remains. I have 16 GB RAM and in task manager it says that 79% are free currently while Premiere Pro is open.

As @Contributor1 has no issue with the MOGRT, I assume that moving this to the Premiere Forum is the best to do. As the asset in question is a free asset, anyone of the Premier specialists can licence the asset and try to help you out.

Sometimes, PPro has more trouble with compressed image files than typically uncompressed file types such as PSDs.
Please try to run the images through Photoshop and save them as a PSD and then try adding those again.
Let us know if that works.

Thanks for the suggestion @Richard van den Boogaard . I tried to use .psd images, but it is still only the cover placeholder image that displays in the album.

I just did a test myself - and it renders just fine. However, this is quite a hefty MOGRT, so it could be that your system is not capable of running this one.
What are the specs of your system?

You might be right, Premiere sometimes craches during export on my Latitude E5570, it is a bit old. The specs are:
