Hey
Its Nico from Germany here having a huge Problem. I have discorverd this Problem like half a year ago and it happend in medium timestaps like all 20 hours.
But first: the problem is that everytime i work with my adobe products, after 20 hours errorcode 16 occurs. i was able to fix that one with changing permission on the slstore and whatever second was.
So yesterday i upgraded from only premiere to full creative cloud... and then i downloaded audition cause i wanted to record some vocals and then the error occured again... and now i can´t even get into premiere anymore. cant use any app and after the error occured i restarted creative cloud and then i had to repair it too reinstall everything still doesnt work... i dont want to ppay 60€ a month for doing nothing...
Side Node: everytime i worked in premiere and the error occured i couldn´t play audio like 30 s before crashing...

Now to your problem: If I understand your problem description, the problem occurs when you‘re using Premiere Pro? I will transfer your thread to the Premiere forum. If I’m missunderstanding, please correct me.

the configuration error. Happens every time i reinstall the product
maybe cause i am changing to the complet abbonement right now?

You're going to need to contact official Adobe support for this issue. I've heard of this issue occurring when upgrading your subscription.

ok cause i upgraded it yesterday and it says its still in the process of upgrading
if it doesn´t work after i am going to contact the support in germany thanks a lot man ^^
