Subject: Essential Graphics and Effects Panel not displaying text in Premiere Pro 2025
Message:
Hello Adobe Support Team,
I am experiencing a serious issue in Premiere Pro 2025. The Essential Graphics panel and the Effects Search panel do not display any text. The fields appear blank, even though the functions still work in the background. For example, I can type in a Motion Graphics Template or search for an effect, but no text is visible in the panel.
This issue only happens in Premiere Pro 2025.
In After Effects 2025, Essential Graphics works fine.
Other Adobe apps also work normally.
My system language has been set to English, and I have tested with different fonts (including Adobe Fonts).
GPU drivers (NVIDIA RTX 3080) are fully updated.
I have reset preferences, cleared cache, and even reinstalled Premiere, but the problem persists.
This bug makes it very difficult to work with templates and effects in Premiere.
Could you please confirm if this is a known issue, and if there is a fix or upcoming update that will resolve it?
Thank you for your support.
Best regards
Erfan karimi

The Effect Panel is for effects. For the text you need to open the Effect Controls panel.

I search for a font in the Essential Graphics panel (or search for a sequence/effect), the item appears in the results it works and I can select it.
But the name of the font/effect is not visible in the search bar or results list.
It feels like the text is there but rendered in black on black (invisible).
So the search function works, but the UI text does not display.
This makes it impossible to work with fonts and effects properly.
Could you please confirm if this is a UI rendering bug in Premiere Pro 2025?
