Essential Graphics green color Premiere Pro 2023

I am having some trouble with this template & other templates that I have been coming across. They are start off green but for one second it will be it's normal color but after that it stays green. Most of my lower thirds or other templates are complately fine from what I used so far. I uninstalled, cleared my cache & changed my sequence settings. This was working perfectly fine about a week or two ago just trying to figure out the issue if anyone could help.

Hi brycethatgamer,

 

Sorry to hear about this. If you are still experiencing this issue, try disabling hardware accelerated decoding & encoding under Edit > Preferences > Media & check if it's restoring the preview. Also, is this issue happening only while using the template, or is it also happening with just the media on the timeline with no graphics on it?

    Try resetting Preferences:

    • Press Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while launching Premiere Pro. You can release the Alt key or Option key when the splash screen appears.
    • To reset preferences and plug-in cache at the same time, hold down Shift-Alt (Windows) or Shift-Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting. Release the Shift-Alt keys or Shift-Option keys when the splash screen appears./

    Also please make sure that your graphics card drivers and operating system are up to date.

    So I restarted my preferences & the plug-in cache along with graphics card that is up to date & my operating system too & I'm still getting that green color & not it's orginal color that it needs to be. Would it be something in the file or some setting in the program?

    64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

    Geforce RTX 2080Ti
