Essential Graphics relocate when switching from 16x9 to 9x16

Hello,

I'm doing some videos of interviews and the essential graphics I've got look great in 16x9 but when I try to make shorts of the material they blow up with the elements going all over the place.

Also a colleague of mine is using the same graphics in both formats without issue. Same files, same graphics, different results.

Please help!
