Hello:

I have the latest version of Premiere but it doesn't have the new Essential Graphics workspace, it has Titles. Why don't I have Essential Graphics workspace?

Michael: Assuming you have the most recent release, you should go here to find out how to see the Essential Graphics panel and the Graphics workspace: FAQ: I don't see the Graphics Workspace, how can I use it?

It doesn't matter what you rename it; Premiere Pro creates a new Layouts folder. Call it Layouts_old if you wish.
