Estabilización de video

Hola, estoy empezando a editar en premiere y al momento de estabilizar un video, siempre la escala aumenta, se distorsiona (se encoge, aumenta, bordes negros...), ya busqué tutoriales, pero ninguno me funciona, la escala sigue distorcionandose fatal... alguién sabe como puedo estabilizar decentemente en premiere o es imposible?😒

Warp Stabilizer must work between zooming in a bit and doing some recreatiion of image. Like any effect, there are controls for this in the Effects Control Panel ... ECP. You can modify the various settings there to taste.

And note, this is not the same thing as image stabilization in-camera, though it's used to fix issues of stabilization.

If your clip has extreme content moving around in the frame, it's nearly impossible to stabilize properly.

Hola, cualquier proceso de estabilización recorta el video... mientras más movida este la imagen mayor recorte. Lo que puedes modificar de modo personalizado en el mismo efecto:
