Experiencing all kinds of glitches in Premiere Pro

My connection to the Adobe Creative Cloud appears to be slow?  For whatever reason, several Video Transition effects (i.e. Iris Round, Cube Spin, Page Peel, etc.) that I'm attempting to use on my project are too glitchy to use.  Was there a recent patch added that might have bad code causing the glitches on the Video Transition effects?  I'm also noticing that whenever I CMD + S (Save) my project that the "Save" GUI ghosts on my screen for a few seconds before disappearing.

 

Is anyone else experiencing the same problems with Premiere Pro today?  I've cleared my cache in Adobe and re-started my computer.  None of this has rectified the glitchy problems.  Anyone have suggestions on how to resolve?

    Thanks for the message. Are you still having this issue? The team will need more info from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
