Export frame not working

I've tried to export frame from a project and it's not working! I would try to do it each time, could click on save but nothing happens

I'm using
- Premiere pro 2022 version 22.1.2 and have updated the program too

- Windows Home 11 version 21H2

- Has the same media with this computer system ever worked before? - Yes, it worked yesterday

- computer specs: ROG Strix GA15DH_G15DH

                             Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor 3.79 GHz
                             Installed RAM 16.0 GB

                             NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti

                             250GB SSD and 1TB HDD
- I'm using Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration.

- I would have multiple errors popping up when I chose Mercury Playback Engine (Software Only).
