Export Problems with Riverside Recordings

New Here ,
Jun 14, 2024 Jun 14, 2024

Anyone have problems with video files from Riverside? I normally have no issues, but I just updated my Mac's OS and did the recent Adobe update. After that, I have this problem when exporting - pics show it in Media Encoder where it exports chunks of the video like that. It also happened in my Premiere source monitor one time and another time in my program monitor, which happened while exporting through media encoder. Other files from cameras or camcorders or Zoom recordings have no issue, so it seems to be exclusive to Riverside. I tried converting the Riverside files into something else and replacing the footage, but still no difference. Any thoughts on what the issue is and what I can do to resolve it? Thanks
