Export Source Panel File list with proxy file path

Hi ! 
Is it possibile export in a txt file (or cxv, xml or other text format)  the files list showed in the SOURCE PANEL  with customized information (for example proxy file name, proxy path ...)  ?

If  i export as " XML for Final Cut", the information are not customizable and i can't understend wich files have a proxy associated and in which path & name.
