Export video file from Premiere with a transparent background?

Hi

I have a short piece of footage )someone talking which i have filmed against a green screen and removed the background in Premiere.

Can someone please let me know how I export this footage with a transparent background so I can import into Adobe Captivate and place on a different backdrop?

Quicktime, video codec set to Animation and Depth to 8+alpha.
