Exported video has Blue and red noise in shadows

My exported videos have extremely noticeable blue and red noise showing up in the darkest parts of shadows. It doesn't show at all in the previews. I've tried a couple of different export formats. Any suggestions?

Try exporting your sequence again, after cleaning the Media Cache. Or export your sequence on Software Only.

Is there any LUT or specific downloaded looks applied to your footage?

I didn't use any LUTs, just straight-up C-Log 3 from the Canon R5C, and applied color grading using Lumetri Color.

What do the scopes show for the clips when first brought onto the timeline? Especially Parade RGB or maybe Histogram? Do you have a clip you could share for others of us to test?

What is the specific media involved here? And exactly what processing ... resizing, any time ramps, any color/tonal effects used?
