Exported videos not playing PLEASE HELP

Hi there, 

First of all, thank you for taking the time to read this post. 

I have an ASMR Mukbang channel on YouTube and I've been recently having issues with exporting the video directly and I'm literally about the jump out the window because it's so frustrating!!! 

So let me explain first how I create my videos. I shoot the video with my phone camera and record the audio using store separate mics. I then sinc the audio and video together. I edit the audio on both premiere pro and audition. After I'm finished editing the video in audition, I save the audio as an mp3 file and put it back into premier pro. When I export the video on premier, it sometimes exports normally but then I can't play it on windows media player. The windows media player says the file is unsupported or it sometimes says the files are corrupt. Other times the audio rendering sign pops up and is stuck at 0%. When it is finished rendering and exported, it is unable to play on windows media player or VLC. 

I have watched almost every video and read every post related to this and I can't figure it out. 

PLEASE help me out!!!!!!!!!!! I'm on the verge of quitting YouTube because of this issue and it's frustrating beyond belief😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Hello. What export options are you setting?

What codec costs, what "field order", how many frames, what is in "performance"

If in the setting "performance" put "software encoding".

Perform export not on the video card

Ummmm... I'm so sorry but where can I find project settings and do you mean the export settings? Like when I export the file?

Go to File --> Projec settings and post that screen
