Exportet video file is only 1 kb...

I have tried exporting thru both Premiere Pro & Media Encoder, and with various settings / formats, however the problem is the same - the exportet mp4 file is only 1 kb, and unplayable.

I have tried exporting to different harddisks - same problem.
I have tried different versions of Premiere Pro..

Any ideas or fixes?

Have a nice day!

When in Export area, there is a section called "Coding Configurations", there's an option "Performance", select "Software Only" instead of "Accelerated by Hardware". At least worked for me. I'm using portuguese version, so maybe i translated a little bit different 🙂

Break it down.

Try exporting a small part of the sequence, maybe just one shot. Does it work?

If so, then there is probably something in your timeline that Premiere doesn't like. Divide and conquer to try and find it - it's usually that weird clip with a funny name that you ripped from some website. 🙂

If you can't export anything in the project, try creating a new project and just bring one clip in, can you export that?

Also, try saving onto a different drive using a different filename...sounds weird but it can help.
