Exports to M4V and AAC instead of one MP4 file (Even if render is completed) - Premiere Pro 24.5

Hello,

Exporting with default settings like YouTube/Vimeo presets as H264 MP4. Recently, it has been exporting to M4V and AAC separate files without finalizing as a whole MP4 file.

Happens 80% of the time and without no apparent reason. I don't change anything but I just keep re-attempting until it successfully exports a whole proper MP4 file.

No 3rd party plugins and I've tested with older projects, it also affects them just now.

Both Media Encoder or Premiere Pro faces the same problem. I am also updated to the latest Premiere 24.5 and I'm not sure if it's related to that.

It's a problem especially when I'm in the middle of a live editing presentation or when clients want to get an exported file ASAP for revisions for a project.

Sorry for the issue! Do you see this problem while working with specific source files or projects? What happens when you export using a different codec (like Quicktime Prores) or the Media Encoder? Do you still see this issue? Let us know!
