Hello,
This happens on multiple projects of Premiere 2018 and only started this morning. Any premiere project exported to built in youtube presets, built in wav preset etc has audio drop outs in random places depending on what file is exported. However the same project file on the same external SSD along with the same media opened up on another machine exports just fine with the same presets. What is going on? Even transcoding files or making proxies does this but only on the desktop machine but not my laptop.
Both are windows 10 and just started this morning.

Exported to the same destination?
What software are you using when you play the files back and see (hear) the problem?
If you import the exported files back into Premiere Pro, does the problem remain or do the files play as expected?

same destination, Uploading the file to YouTube, downloading to my iphone even DVD will have audio drop out. File imported back into premiere has same problem. Audio waveform is missing. But the original timeline has all audio waveforms only when I export is when it does this. Even more strange is any audio or video file with audio that exports fine in premiere on my laptop will have audio dropouts on my desktop. I actually imported the file that shows a missing waveform on the desktop into premiere on my laptop and waveform is fine. Why is it only doing this on the desktop?
